Project Overview

Transport of a second-hand Volvo L90 2017 Model Wheel Loader — Door-to-Door, including export preparation and compliance services for shipment to New Zealand. The unit moved via RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) service with strict adherence to all MPI (Ministry for Primary Industries) requirements and IMO Dangerous Goods regulations.

The project scope included:

• Full door-to-door handling across road and ocean legs
• 30 hours of intensive export steam cleaning to New Zealand Forestry Department standards
• Preparation and certification of all documentation for MPI and international shipping compliance
• Safe transport with IMO UN DG regulation adherence, specifically managing fuel and battery restrictions

Challenges and Solutions
