Peter is TGI Cargo's CEO, where he has obtained over thirty years of international experience in the transport and logistics industry. His profound understanding of handling project freight in challenging and hazardous locales gives him a distinctive perspective, enabling him to address issues that few other logistics professionals may encounter. Beyond his role, Peter is passionate about nurturing individuals' professional growth and knowledge, deriving fulfilment from witnessing them reach their full potential.

Demmi works as the executive assistant to CEO Peter Townley at TGI Cargo. Demmi's experience comes from the Australian Defence Force where she spent seven years in finance and administration. Here she was able to develop her management skills by actively contributing to the organisational efficiency and adaptability of various teams. Alongside her professional career, Demmi is fuelled by her passion and curiosity and shows a genuine interest in understanding what motivates and inspires people.

Charlotte is the Business Development Manager at TGI Cargo, where she specialises in establishing professional relationships that enable her to cultivate meaningful connections in a collaborative setting. With a background in international development, finance and sales, Charlotte excels in dynamic and problem-solving-oriented career environments. Beyond her professional career, Charlotte has a keen interest in the backgrounds of individuals, emphasising the importance of building personal connections to cultivate partnerships.

Zerina, the Procurement Manager at TGI Cargo, assists the sales team and sources competitive rates and services for customers. With over a decade of experience in logistics, including roles in operations and key account management, she is adept at handling many types of freight for both imports and exports. Her proficiency with systems, combined with her ability to manage teams and solve complex problems, ensures she delivers exceptional results. A people person at heart, Zerina is passionate about understanding and supporting others, both in personal and professional settings.

With over 17 years of experience in the freight industry, Dominique excels in her role of liaising connections between customers, carriers, overseas partners, and service providers. Her expertise spans import and export inquiries, overseeing shipments from inception to completion, and even managing domestic moves when necessary. Dominique is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through swift and efficient responses. Notably, she has dedicated 15 years to import operations and customer service before briefly serving as an import operations manager in 2020. Beyond logistics, Dominique is passionate about delving into meaningful conversations that explore the inner thoughts, goals, and dreams of others.

Michaela's role as the finance administrator is to oversee the day-to-day accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable. With over 12 years of experience in the Freight Industry, her journey began at the reception desk, gradually gaining expertise across various facets. Michaela transitioned to the import department, handling air and sea freight operations. Her career took an exciting turn when she discovered a passion for accounts, prompting a full-time shift to this domain. She says she is an open book and keenly interested in learning about people, delving into their lives, families, hobbies, and past experiences. She finds their personal stories genuinely captivating.
